Yes, it is advisable that you check the state of the vehicle before leaving the Quadis Rent a Car office. If you are not satisfied with the state of the vehicle or any damage is not reflected at checkout, you must inform the staff at the collection office.

Is it possible to modify a reservation if I have already made the payment?

In order to modify a reservation, you must contact the collection office and request the change you want, either in dates or in the reserved vehicle. In said office they will inform you if it is possible to make the desired change or not.

No, to be able to modify a reservation you must request it at the collection office.

Is it possible to cancel a reservation that I have already paid for?

You may cancel your reservation at no additional cost up to 48 hours before the collection date. After that time, the equivalent of 15% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
