All our vehicles are provided with the manufacturer’s manuals and books. If necessary, our agents will also be able to answer some questions about the operation of the vehicle.

You can choose the model of the vehicle at the time of booking. At Quadis Rent a Car we guarantee the model you have reserved. If for any reason we could not deliver the reserved model, a higher model would be assigned.

It is not possible to choose the color of the vehicle.

Currently it is only possible to rent our vehicles in Barcelona.

If the rented vehicle is not to your liking, you will not be able to return it.

In order to rent a special or luxury vehicle, the driver must have two credit cards in his name.

 

If you have a breakdown or an accident with the rented vehicle, you must call the roadside assistance telephone number provided in the rental contract.

If you have any questions about the operation of the vehicle, you can consult the user manual provided by the manufacturer. The user manual is located in the glove compartment of the vehicle or contact our office.

If you lose the vehicle key, contact the Quadis Rent a Car office.

Each Quadis Rent a Car office has its own fleet and you will not necessarily be able to rent the same vehicles in all offices.

At the time of returning the vehicle, the deposit must be full, if it is not, an additional charge will be added to the rental amount that is reflected in the general conditions.

You will be able to know the availability of our vehicles through our website by entering the dates of both collection and return.

We currently do not have vehicles equipped with winter tires. However, we do offer snow chains under availability. Please check the price of these and other accessories in the website’s terms and conditions.

When unavailable vehicles appear on the website, it is due to lack of availability on the selected dates and times. Try selecting other dates and times.

At Quadis Rent a Car we have a wide catalog of cars that range from small cars such as VW Polo, medium cars such as VW Golf, SUV type cars such as the Nissan Qashqai and premium cars such as the Audi Q5. We also have a large fleet of minivans with up to 9 seats and commercial vehicles with up to 11 cubic meters of cargo.

To collect the vehicle, the holder(s) must present their valid driving license.

If you have forgotten any object inside the vehicle, you should contact the office where you delivered the car.

Yes, it is advisable that you check the state of the vehicle before leaving the Quadis Rent a Car office. If you are not satisfied with the state of the vehicle or any damage is not reflected at checkout, you must inform the staff at the collection office.

In order to modify a reservation, you must contact the collection office and request the change you want, either in dates or in the reserved vehicle. In said office they will inform you if it is possible to make the desired change or not.

You may cancel your reservation at no additional cost up to 48 hours before the collection date. After that time, the equivalent of 15% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

At Quadis Rent a Car we offer you the possibility of reserving extra equipment for the reserved vehicle. We have at your disposal snow chains, baby seats, boosters, GPS navigators, and ski racks.

The minimum age to rent/drive a Quadis Rent a Car vehicle is 21 years and the holder must have a driving license for at least 2 years

All vehicles in the Quadis Rent a Car fleet are less than 3,500 kg of mma (maximum authorized mass). These vehicles can be driven with a type B driving license.

The only case in which a vehicle can be reserved and paid for in the name of another person is when it is a legal person. If you reserve and pay for a vehicle as a natural person, you must pick it up and drive it yourself.

You can only pick up the vehicle if you have a driving license in physical or digital format, if on the contrary you do not have it, the delivery cannot be made.

In order to rent a vehicle if you do not have a credit card in your name, you must add a second driver with a valid driving license who does have a credit card in your name.

The vehicles are only delivered on presentation of the lessee’s valid driving license. If for any reason you cannot present it, it will not be possible to proceed with the delivery.

Our rates are calculated based on the type of vehicle and total days of rental. Other factors that affect the rate calculation are the season, occupancy or promotional campaigns and discounts.

When you go to pick up the vehicle you must pay a deposit with your credit card. The amount will vary depending on the vehicle and insurance contracted.

The final rental price of the vehicle may vary from the initial estimate, as long as the rental period has changed, the vehicle is returned with damage, lack of fuel, loss or theft of accessories, etc.

You have 1 courtesy hour to return the vehicle. If you return the vehicle later than the agreed time, the rate may be affected.

If you need to modify the duration or conditions of the contract, you must request it in advance at the Quadis Rent a Car office.

Our rates include VAT, Rates and local Taxes. Mileage limited to 2500 km by contract. Compulsory Automobile Insurance and complementary Civil Liability insurance for damages and losses against third parties derived from the use and circulation of the vehicle. Damage insurance with excess for personal damage produced as a result of an accident or theft.

The term “One Way” is used to identify that a vehicle is being returned to a location other than where it was picked up.

In the event that One Way is not authorized and returns the vehicle to a different office, there is a charge for this concept. Consult the contractual conditions.

The term “no show” is used to define that a customer has not shown up to pick up the reserved vehicle.

Yes, a charge equal to 15% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied.

Yes, there is a maximum of 300 km per day with a maximum of 2,500 km per contract.

The Promotional Code gives access to discounts or special rates.

The rental price can be obtained through our website by entering the dates of both collection and return.

An unconfirmed estimate or reservation is valid for a maximum of 7 days.
