Where can I get information about the operation of the vehicle?

All our vehicles are provided with the manufacturer's manuals and books. If necessary, our agents will also be able to answer some questions about the operation of the vehicle.

Can I choose the model of the vehicle?

You can choose the model of the vehicle at the time of booking. At Quadis Rent a Car we guarantee the model you have reserved. If for any reason we could not deliver the reserved model, a higher model would be assigned.

Can I choose the color of the vehicle?

It is not possible to choose the color of the vehicle.

In which cities can I reserve a vehicle?

Currently it is only possible to rent our vehicles in Barcelona.

Can I return the rented vehicle if I don't like it?

If the rented vehicle is not to your liking, you will not be able to return it.

Are there any additional requirements to rent a special or luxury vehicle?

In order to rent a special or luxury vehicle, the driver must have two credit cards in his name.

What should I do if I have a breakdown or have an accident?

If you have a breakdown or an accident with the rented vehicle, you must call the roadside assistance telephone number provided in the rental contract.

What should I do if I have any doubts about the operation of the vehicle?

If you have any questions about the operation of the vehicle, you can consult the user manual provided by the manufacturer. The user manual is located in the glove compartment of the vehicle or contact our office.

What should I do if I lose the keys to the vehicle?

If you lose the vehicle key, contact the Quadis Rent a Car office.

Can I rent the same vehicles in Barcelona as in Madrid?

Each Quadis Rent a Car office has its own fleet and you will not necessarily be able to rent the same vehicles in all offices.

Do I have to return the vehicle with a full tank?

At the time of returning the vehicle, the deposit must be full, if it is not, an additional charge will be added to the rental amount that is reflected in the general conditions.

How can I check the availability of the vehicles?

You will be able to know the availability of our vehicles through our website by entering the dates of both collection and return.

Do you have cars equipped with winter tires?

Currently we do not have vehicles equipped with winter tires. However, we provide you with snow chains free of charge and subject to availability.

Why do "unavailable" vehicles appear on the website?

When unavailable vehicles appear on the website, it is due to lack of availability on the selected dates and times. Try selecting other dates and times.

What type of vehicles can I rent at Quadis Rent a Car?

At Quadis Rent a Car we have a wide catalog of cars that range from small cars such as VW Polo, medium cars such as VW Golf, SUV type cars such as the Nissan Qashqai and premium cars such as the Audi Q5. We also have a large fleet of minivans with up to 9 seats and commercial vehicles with up to 11 cubic meters of cargo.

Can I reserve a vehicle at Barcelona airport?

Currently it is not possible to reserve vehicles at Barcelona airport.

Do you have shuttle service at Barcelona airport?

We do not have a shuttle service but we can offer you the possibility of home delivery. See conditions on our advisors.

Do you have vehicles with a towbar?

No, we currently do not have vehicles with a towbar.
