General Conditions
Driver
The minimum age required is 21 years old, with a driving license held for over 2 years. Drivers under 24 years old or with a driving license held for 1 to 4 years cannot purchase the total liability waiver if requested.
Payment method
Before the vehicle pick-up, the contract holder must have paid the total rental amount, including:
a. The amount for the rental time and mileage according to agreed rates.
b. The amounts for the contracted coverage and optional extras.
c. All taxes of any nature related to the rental.
d. Deposit (according to the selected insurance option).
At the time of vehicle pick-up, up to 2 different credit cards may be requested, with the cardholder being the driver of the rented vehicle. The reservations department will send you a secure link to the payment module for you to make the payment no later than 24 hours before vehicle pick-up.
Only payments with VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, or MASTER CARD credit cards will be accepted.
Inclusions in the rates
VAT, local taxes, and fees. Limited mileage – ANNEX 1 –
Collision Liability Insurance with deductible, which covers damages caused to third parties and damages to the vehicle resulting from accidents, fire, or theft. The insurance coverage does not include damages inside the vehicle, interior rearview mirrors, vehicle undercarriage, clutch, engine, oil pan, catalytic converter, and radiator. Costs for battery recharging and key breakage or loss are also not included. Negligence, non-fortuitous breakdowns, damages to or caused by transported goods, loss of such goods, and personal or any other belongings left inside the vehicle are not included under any circumstances.
Coverages and liability
The liability amount varies depending on the vehicle category and type.
Partial damage waiver Coverage*

Mobility
The vehicle is allowed to travel to the following countries: EU member countries, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, Liechtenstein, and Luxembourg. Travel to countries other than those mentioned is expressly prohibited.
Roadside Assistance
Our fleet vehicles include roadside assistance coverage included in the insurance policy, which covers the transportation of the driver and all occupants to the destination or the place of origin if the breakdown exceeds 8 hours of workshop labor or if the vehicle is immobilized for 5 days.
Documentation and Important Information
Our reservations staff will contact the reservation holder via email to request rental contract-related documentation. The documentation must be sent at least 48 hours before vehicle pick-up. The requested documentation includes:
National ID (both sides) or passport.
Valid driving license in Spain (front and back).
It is necessary to present the passport, national ID, valid driving license, contact phone number, email address, and a credit card in the name of the driver at the time of vehicle pick-up.
The return of the vehicle with a delay of more than 59 minutes beyond the rental end time specified in the contract will incur a charge of €35 per day of delay, plus the corresponding amount for the additional rental days based on the current rate.
Traffic fines or penalties are always the responsibility of the rental contract holder. No amount will be refunded if the customer returns the vehicle earlier than specified in the reservation.
Accessories / Extras
Additional driver: €6 per day & driver.
Booster seat: €3,75 per day with a €45 maximum per contract & per unit*
Child seat: €9,50 per day with a €90 maximum per contract & per unit*
Snow chains: €6 per day with a €75 maximum per contract & per unit*
*Booster seat, child seat and snow chains are subject to availability
Cleaning
Vehicles are delivered in perfect cleanliness, both interior and exterior. Upon return, they must be in a clean condition consistent with normal use. States of extreme dirtiness (mud encrustations, waste inside, stains on upholstery, accumulated dust, etc.) will incur an additional charge of €100.
Camper-type vehicles must be returned with empty residual tanks. Otherwise, a fee of €180 will apply.
Fuel Policy (full / full)
The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to refuel the vehicle will result in a charge of €25 (including VAT) plus the cost of refilling the tank with the missing fuel at the current market price.
Reservation or Rental Payment
The total payment for the reservation must be made at least 24 hours before vehicle pick-up:
e. Prepaid amount for the rental time and mileage according to agreed rates.
f. Amounts for the contracted optional coverages.
g. All taxes of any nature related to the rental.
For rental payment and vehicle deposit, up to 2 different credit cards may be requested, with the cardholder being the driver of the rented vehicle.
Cancellation Conditions*
Reservations made through the website are confirmed and guaranteed with a minimum payment of 15% of the reservation value. You have the right to cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before vehicle pick-up.
Modification Conditions
Reservations may be modified subject to availability, and the new price will be recalculated based on the website’s new dates.

Airport Pick-up and Drop-off at Barcelona-El Prat Airport
To manage the reservation for airport delivery and pick-up, you must provide us with the following information at least 48 hours in advance:
– Full name of the person to pick up/drop off the vehicle
– Arrival/departure date and time
– Flight number of arrival/departure
Arrivals
– If you arrive at Terminal T1 of Barcelona Airport, our staff will be waiting for you at Parking D-E-F, 4th floor, between spaces 024 and 030, with a sign displaying your name and the Quadis Rent a Car logo. We will accompany you to the parking space
where the vehicle is located for check-out, after verifying your identification with your ID and driver’s license.
– If you arrive at Terminal T2 of Barcelona Airport, you should proceed to the meeting point located on the T2B-T2C sidewalk before the Terminal C footbridge (bus parking area). There, accredited staff with a sign displaying your name and the Quadis Rent a Car logo will be waiting for you. After verifying your identification (ID and driver’s license), they will provide you with the rental contract and vehicle key. To manage the reservation for airport delivery and pick-up, you must provide us with the above information in advance.
