How is my rental fee calculated?

Our rates are calculated based on the type of vehicle and total days of rental. Other factors that affect the rate calculation are the season, occupancy or promotional campaigns and discounts.

Will it be necessary to pay a deposit with my credit card when I go to pick up the vehicle?

When you go to pick up the vehicle you must pay a deposit with your credit card. The amount will vary depending on the vehicle and insurance contracted.

Can the final price of my rental vary from the initially estimated?

The final rental price of the vehicle may vary from the initial estimate, as long as the rental period has changed, the vehicle is returned with damage, lack of fuel, loss or theft of accessories, etc.

What happens if I return the vehicle later than the agreed time?

You have 1 courtesy hour to return the vehicle. If you return the vehicle later than the agreed time, the rate may be affected.

Can I extend the duration of the rental contract?

If you need to modify the duration or conditions of the contract, you must request it in advance at the Quadis Rent a Car office.

Are there any additional fees or charges required at the time of pickup?

Our rates include VAT, Rates and local Taxes. Mileage limited to 2500 km by contract. Compulsory Automobile Insurance and complementary Civil Liability insurance for damages and losses against third parties derived from the use and circulation of the vehicle. Damage insurance with excess for personal damage produced as a result of an accident or theft.

What does the term one way mean?

The term "One Way" is used to identify that a vehicle is being returned to a location other than where it was picked up.

What happens if the one way is not authorized, and I do not return the vehicle to the rental office for collection?

In the event that One Way is not authorized and returns the vehicle to a different office, there is a charge for this concept. Consult the contractual conditions.

What does the term no show mean?

The term "no show" is used to define that a customer has not shown up to pick up the reserved vehicle.

Is there a charge for no show?

Yes, a charge equal to 15% of the total amount of the reservation will be applied.

Is there a limit to the maximum km that can be traveled with the rented vehicle?

Yes, there is a maximum of 300 km per day with a maximum of 2,500 km per contract.

What is a Promotional Code?

The Promotional Code gives access to discounts or special rates.

How can I know the rental price?

The rental price can be obtained through our website by entering the dates of both collection and return.

Do you have long-term rentals or renting?

At quadis rent a car we offer rentals of up to one year. If you want information, consult our website Flexible Renting section or send us an email to comercial@quadisrentacar.es indicating your contact information.

How valid is an unconfirmed budget or reservation?

An unconfirmed estimate or reservation is valid for a maximum of 7 days.

How can I find out the price of additional mileage or excess mileage?

You can check the additional mileage rates in the general rental conditions 'ANNEX 1'
